This is the first installation from the 'Mydlak catalogue' cycle.

Our every thought, every gesture leaves a mark on our memory and private history.
The workflow accompanying papermaking process has a special significance.
The repetition of activities, its rhythm becomes a kind of meditation.
When you work every day, every paper page becomes a trace of that particular moment in time. Like calendars or diaries.
These pages are testimonies, evidence, marks in time. I made one page per day for more than a year.
Every card is one pinpointed day from a special period.

The artwork is in the Collection of Zhejiang Art Museum (ZAM) in Hangzhou, China
